Project:
Hope and civic imagination are the backdrop for the show.
By inviting radical imagination into policy and public spaces, we can take the necessary steps to remediate past injustices and build a beautiful future where everyone is housed.
This performance was a nerdy and raucous vision for guaranteed housing. Immersive and interactive, The Most Beautiful Home…Maybe juxtaposed housing data, Lyndon Johnson, torch songs, and stories of Americans facing home insecurity. The show asked audiences to create housing policies collectively and envision a future where everyone has a home.
In Real Life
“Working with Mark-n-Sparks is a mix of vulnerability with technical pieces that can sometimes feel abstract. Their process makes you feel like you are connected to something bigger than yourself or your silo.”

“With humor and insight, it took us beyond business as usual, creating cues for problem-solving outside of our usual practices.”
